Accessibility Statement
We are committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to as many users as possible, including people with disabilities. We continuously work to improve the accessibility and usability of our site.
This accessibility statement applies to the website aurorainfrastructure.com and was prepared on the 14th of November, 2025, based on the situation at that time. Online services are subject to the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, which requires public online services to be accessible.
The accessibility of services has been assessed by an external expert organization: Digipalvelutoimisto Tremedia.

Fulfills most of the criteria of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
Identified Accessibility Issues
General
- Some of the pages can only be accessed in one way. (WCAG 2.4.5 – Level AA)
- Some of the pages are missing a first-level heading. (WCAG 2.4.6 – Level AA)
News & Insights Page
- Alternative text: Several images have overly long alternative texts. (WCAG 1.1.1 – Level A)
- Missing alternative texts: Some images on the News & Insights page lack alternative text. (WCAG 1.1.1 – Level A)
Forms
- One label-element is not associated with a form control in the HTML code. (WCAG 3.3.2 – Level A)
- Some form elements are missing autocomplete specifications that help fill out the form. (WCAG 1.3.5 – Level AA)
- The contrast of the form-field focus state is too low (2.89:1) compared to the site’s background color. It should be at least 3:1. (WCAG 1.4.11 – Level AA)
- The screen reader does not automatically announce the errors that occur when the form is submitted. (WCAG 4.1.3 – Level AA)
Planned Improvements
We are actively working to address these issues. Our next steps include:
- Reviewing and simplifying all alternative texts.
- Adding missing alternative texts on the News & Insights page.
- Associate correctly the label element with a form control.
- Adding missing first-level headings.
- Increasing the contrast of the form-field focus state.
- Adding autocomplete specifications to help to fill out the form.
- Announcing automatically form errors a user who is using assistive technology.
