Aurora Infrastructure to acquire Terrafame’s high and medium voltage electrical grid assets
Aurora Infrastructure is entering a strategic partnership with Terrafame by acquiring high and medium voltage electrical grid assets of the company’s Sotkamo industrial site in a buy and lease-back deal.

The strategic partnership with Terrafame supports Aurora Infrastructure’s objective to double its assets under management. The company’s innovative business model accelerates green transition by ensuring efficient financing, operation, modernization and expansion of existing industrial sites, as well as designing, financing, building, owning and operating infrastructure for new industrial sites.
